I don't know what he was talking about or how it applies to this situation but the next video should be up and running within 48 hours. I would update my blog more but to be honest I'm running out of things to say!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Still no serious side effects other than a spot or two of acne and a little "face bloat". I feel great and the gym workouts are getting easier by by the week. Recently I've been adding about 9 lbs a week to my bench and squat which is practically unheard of for anyone who trains naturally. I think it's safe to say these steroids aren't fake. I should've posted this earlier but my heart rate is normal again and I solved the problem by adding a meal of 3 bananas and 2 oranges about an hour after breakfast. Apparently I was just a little low on electrolytes and potassium! It's hard to explain but i'm really feeling the steroids now, and they're totally in my head. That little voice that you hear in the middle of a set that usually goes "I don't know if I can get any more reps!" has transformed into "Holy shit this is light there's no way i'm only going for 3 reps i'm gonna throw this bar through the roof." My normal resting heart rate is around 70bpm but today it was 85-90. It's getting harder to fall asleep with my heart racing like that and high blood pressure/cholesterol problems do run in my family. If it gets to bad I really should have some tests done but until then I'll just keep at it. It sounds weird but the farther into my workout I get, the more energy I have and there's really no explanation but the steroids. But again I NEED TO SLEEP! Got about 7-7 1/2 hours each night but it's still not cutting it. This week I work half days and for three weeks after that I get 3 weeks paid holiday &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_0"&gt;yee&lt;/span&gt;-haw! I planned my cycle during this time for that very reason and it should allow me to get more sleep and really focus on hitting the 200lb mark. Getting a bit of acne on my face and for some reason my heart rate is a little higher than usual, other than that no side effects. On Monday I just inject the &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_3"&gt;HCG&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_4"&gt;IM&lt;/span&gt; along with the test, and on Thursdays I inject Sub-Q.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Why 250&lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_5"&gt;&lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_5"&gt;iu&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt; through out the cycle instead of a few thousand at the end before PCT?&lt;br /&gt;When used in excess &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_6"&gt;&lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_6"&gt;HCG&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt; can cause irreversible shutdown of the &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_7"&gt;&lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_7"&gt;Ledig&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt; receptors in the testes. The &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_8"&gt;&lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_8"&gt;Leydig&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt; receptors are what bind with the &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_9"&gt;&lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_9"&gt;LH&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt; released by your &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_10"&gt;&lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_10"&gt;hypothalomous&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;. To get a better idea of why this shutdown is a bad thing check out these simplified steps of how &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_11"&gt;testosterone&lt;/span&gt; is made.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. Hypothalamus detects low testosterone.&lt;br /&gt;2. Hypothalamus releases &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_12"&gt;&lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_11"&gt;LH&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt; hormone.&lt;br /&gt;3. &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_13"&gt;&lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_12"&gt;LH&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt; travels to testes.&lt;br /&gt;4. &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_14"&gt;&lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_13"&gt;Leydig&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt; cells in testes receive &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_15"&gt;&lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_14"&gt;LH&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt; "make testosterone" command.&lt;br /&gt;5. Testosterone is made.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So as shown by the steps, &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_16"&gt;&lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_15"&gt;Leydig&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt; cell desensitization equals less testosterone. Is 250-500&lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_17"&gt;&lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_16"&gt;iu&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt; enough to make desensitization occur in my testes? Probably not. Granted today was light but I still dominated the deadlifts. 215lbs isn't much for deads especially since I'm gaining weight pretty fast. Still, it's important to not focus on weight but on form, I've had a little kink in my back for the past week and if I get too cocky I can risk ending the cycle early due to injury. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Measurements were good again this week, you can see them by clicking the "Stats" link on the right. I continue to overshoot my goal of 3lbs adding another 5 this week. I'm now at 181lbs which means i've gained 10 so far. Didn't miss any workouts either and I can honestly say I put a good bit of intensity into them. Things to work on this week: Waking up early to do sit-ups, and the repeat offender SLEEP! I don't have problems falling asleep but I just stay up so late working on shit and watching Entourage. I got about 7hrs per night this week which didn't cut it, &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_1"&gt;waaaaay&lt;/span&gt; to sleepy at work and I was yawning through my entire Wednesday workout. I pushed out 4 reps on both Squats and Bench for the heavy set where I'm supposed to do 3. I'll definitely be able to hit all my reps on Monday. I'm really liking this 5x5 thing cause you have a good amount of energy to push weights a lot heavier than you normally would and it keeps you in the gym longer. Still a little nervous about injections in general probably because I've read way to many horror stories about people hitting nerves and missing a full week of squats. This is better than injecting in the glutes though, being able to see whats going on is a major advantage and helps to make a successful shot. I've gained a few pounds, probably water retention and I'm really excited to start packin on the muscle. I hit all my workouts, and ate really hardy meals about 6-8 times a day with a protein shake just before bed. If I could set one goal for week 2 it would be more sleep, I'm feeling really tired at work. I have a little pit of pain around the injection site but nothing severe. I mostly feel it when I stand up or walk up stairs but that's it. Much less painful than I expected, hopefully all of my shots can go as smoothly as this one. I attribute the lack of pain to the workout I did directly after the shit which included squats. I'm sure the massage and warming of the syringe helped too but bringing a lot of blood to the area via exercise is probably one of the best ways to get it healing up right away. Not because I'm afraid of needles but because I've heard so many horror stories of people hitting a nerve or a blood vessel and getting a "dead leg" for a few days. I'm hoping this wont effect my squatting or &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_1"&gt;deadlifting&lt;/span&gt; but i;m confident that I have done some good research and unlike a lot of people that have injection issues I'm not going use my leg "as a dart board" &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_2"&gt;lol&lt;/span&gt;. Again, I'll be injecting in my quad around the area where the pocket of my jeans would be. Not too high up, not too close to the middle. I shaved a small area of my so i can see where the veins on the surface are. Lets get too it.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;After: Holy shit I feel like I'm gonna pass out. Something about jabbing yourself with a needle that just doesn't feel quite right. Everything went well though, no blood, no pain, and no testosterone left in the syringe. There are many different kinds of steroids grouped into categories; the most common being oral and injectable. In this documentary I'll be injecting 500mg of Testosterone Enanthate once a week (every Monday) for 10 weeks. With all the steroids available to me why did I choose Testosterone Enanthate? Simple. It's the most potent muscle building steroid (second to Trenbolone), it's used by ametures and professionals, and because of it's long half life I only have to inject once a week. Again this is my first cycle and for that reason i'll be taking the Test Enanthate by itself and not stacking it with anything else.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So what will I be using for protection against the side effects? After doing research and consulting with a doctor, I'm at risk for: testisticular atrophy, water retention, increased estrogen, acne, gyno (bitch tits), hair loss, increased cholestorol &amp;amp; blood pressure, and possible damage to joints, tendons, and ligaments . To keep my boys (balls) working i'll be taking 500iu of HCG (human corionic gonadotropin) per week split into 2 injections taken on Mondays and Thursdays. That will be enough to keep my boys at their normal size through out the cycle. Acne shouldn't be a problem if I stay clean and if the estrogen gets too high I can always grab some anti-estrogen pills down the street at the pharmacy. There's no history of hair loss in my family and i'll be taking glucosamine tabs along with flaxseed oil to protect my joints and ligaments.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Well, it looks like i'm ready to go. I have all the gear i'll need for the 10 weeks and the post cycle therapy which will begin 10 days after the 10th injection. Post cycle therapy when done correctly will smooth the transition from relying on steroids, to guiding your endocrine system back to the way it was before the injections. Post cycle therapy generally consists of various medications, in this case I'll be using Nolvadex, and taking it for 4 full weeks.
